Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-4-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-444afad0ea5673a5893462829a5e8c39\"><em>(Photography, Video, Web Design and Graphic Design)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">2.1 Booking &amp; Payment Terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">All services require either a signed agreement (such as a signed price quote) or a written confirmation by email (<a href=\"mailto:info@hanko.lu\">info@hanko.lu<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 20% to 50%\u2014or full payment, depending on the scope and nature of the project\u2014may be required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Final payment is due upon delivery and must be completed within 30 days. In the event of late payment, interest will be charged at a rate of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank\u2019s reference rate, calculated per annum, in accordance with EU Directive 2011\/7\/EU. A flat recovery fee of \u20ac40 will also apply to cover administrative costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend our services without liability until all outstanding amounts have been fully paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">2.2 Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Cancellations must be made in writing by email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">If cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled service or production start: <strong>the advance payment is non-refundable.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">If cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, alternative arrangements may be proposed depending on availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">2.3 Delivery of Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Photography and video deliverables will be provided via download links or private online galleries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Web design projects will be delivered as published websites or ZIP files, depending on the agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Delivery timelines are specified in each project\u2019s proposal or contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">2.5 Revisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">2.6 Data Retention<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Final deliverables, as outlined in the signed price offer or proposal, will be made available for download for a period of 90 days following delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up these files, as we do not guarantee long-term storage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Source files (e.g., project files, RAW photos or video footage) will be archived for a maximum of 12 months. These source files can be provided to the client upon request, and may be subject to additional fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">2.7 Use in Portfolio and Social Media<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">HANKO S\u00c0RL reserves the right to use completed client projects (including images, video excerpts, and web design work) for promotional purposes on its websites, and social media channels. This usage does not include sensitive or confidential material unless expressly authorized by the client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">If a client does not wish for their project to be featured, they must notify us in writing via <a href=\"mailto:info@hanko.lu\">email<\/a> prior to the delivery of the final work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;font-style:normal;font-weight:900\">3. Fine Art Print Store<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-4-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-83d56c37987af5d14768c8183de504a0\"><em>(Physical prints)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">3.1 Product Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Each print is an original photograph by S\u00e9rgio Alves Santos, professionally produced using premium fine art paper or other high-quality materials. Full product specifications are available on the respective product pages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">3.2 Prices and Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">All prices are shown in euros (\u20ac), VAT included where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">We accept major credit\/debit cards and other payment methods listed on the checkout page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">If you choose to pay by wire transfer, please note that your order will only be processed once the payment has been received.
